The Office of General Counsel (\u201cOGC\u201d) provides representation, counseling, and advice on a broad range of legal issues involving Essex County College. The OGC also serves as a strategic partner of the College assisting the College in its mission to provide quality educational programs to its diverse students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The OGC also oversees the College\u2019s compliance function which aides the College in ensuring that conduct, operations, and activities associated with the College are of an ethical nature, maintained with the highest level of integrity, and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
