All cash payments, financial aid awards, agency\/employer vouchers, and tuition waivers must be submitted by the payment due date.  Payments can be made through the Tuition Payment Portal<\/a> at: https:\/\/myportal.essex.edu<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students who decide not to attend must officially drop courses online within the published refund period (found in the \u2018Tuition Refund Policy\u2019 Tab)<\/em> or they will be held responsible for full payment of the adjusted tuition bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The college reserves the right to drop registrations without the minimum payment required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACADEMIC YEAR 24\/25:<\/u><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Spring I<\/strong> 202<\/strong>5<\/strong> <\/strong>& Weekend College <\/strong>(<\/strong>Three <\/strong>Payment Plan):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Register November 11 \u2013 December 17, payment is due by December 17, 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Register December 18 \u2013 January 2, payment is due by January 2, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Register after January 2, payment is due within 24 hours of registration<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Second payment is due February 5, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Third payment is due March 5, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Spring II<\/strong> 202<\/strong>5<\/strong> (<\/strong>Two <\/strong>Payment Plan):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Register for Winter Intersession and S<\/em>pring I classes and combine both terms in the Spring I 2026 semester<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
